How Customers Opt In
Customers may opt in to SMS by optionally checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our service request form. The form can be submitted without checking the SMS consent box, and SMS consent is not required to submit a request or purchase services. Customers may also provide verbal SMS consent when speaking with our team by phone.
